Infused water is something I have heard of and tried, and actually come to really enjoy as a substitute to plain water, but even soda. There are so many varieties recommended to be tried that you can't get bored with it. There are supposed health benefits to some and some are just purely for taste. I am giving you the recipes for my two favorites in this post so you can try it for yourself.
Citrus/Mint Water
1/2 cucumber, sliced into thick pieces
2 lemons, sliced into thick pieces
10-12 mint leaves, broken into halves
Ice

In a large pitcher, combine produce and mint leaves. Add ice to that, then almost completely fill with water. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least for 8+ hours to let the flavors set in. After the waiting time, remove all of the extras aside from the water. You might want to save some of the lemons or cucumber, but only for garnish really. Pour over ice for a cool and refreshing glass of something different.
Or you can try my new favorite!
